Cassandra Mack is an author and founder of Strategies for Empowered Living Inc., a training, coaching and consulting company dedicated to helping people succeed and grow. Through her blogs, columns, radio appearances, and books, Cassandra bridges the clinical with the practical in order to provide tangible tools to help men, women, and teens achieve optimum success and eliminate the stress, mess, and drama that shows up in their lives.

Cassandra was born in Harlem, New York and grew up on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. She graduated from LaGuardia High School of the Arts. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech from Brooklyn College and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Hunter College.
