Biography
Charnelle Pinkney Barlow is a gifted illustrator and surface designer from Poughkeepsie, NY. She studied Illustration and Book Arts at the University of the Arts, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and graduated in 2010. She also earned an MFA in Illustration as Visual Essay from the School of Visual Arts in New York City
Her grandfather is the celebrated children’s book illustrator Jerry Pinkney.
