Gina Wilson Beckles

Gina Wilson Beckles, Ph.D. is President and CEO of Program Evaluation Services, Inc. and also teaches various business administration courses at the university level. She is a native of Central Florida and has over 25 years of experience working with federal grants and contracts. She is married and has two sons.
