Biography
Monica P. Carter is an author and journalist. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and has been a reporter and an editor. Her award-winning weekly newspaper column for Northwest Louisiana’s largest daily, The Times in Shreveport, runs Wednesdays and covers a variety of topics.
She also is a freelance commercial writer and a sought-after speaker.
