Sandra A. Ottey

Sandra A. Ottey was born in Kingston, Jamaica, but has lived in the US for most of her adult life. Sandra is the author of Jamerican Connection, and the sequel, Runaway Comeback. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Medgar Evers College of the City University of New York and a master’s degree from Polytechnic University.
