W. Caleb McDaniel is [2020] an Associate Professor of History at Rice University, where he also serves as magister of Duncan College. Professor Caleb’s 2019 nonfiction book, Sweet Taste of Liberty: A True Story of Slavery and Restitution in America (Oxford University Press) won the 2020 Pulitzer Prize in History
