Spiritual sisters Christine Battle-Ellington and Fedelies Roye founded Escapade 'A Soulful Circle' Book Club. Our book selections are by African American authors of fiction and non-fiction literature. The book club consists of 12 spirited African American woman who meet on the fourth Saturday of each month for dynamic discussions, and sister-ship bonding. Our mission is simple: to read books by us, for us, to support us.
