Kismet from Houston, TX

Currently we meet at the different homes of our members on the third Sunday of the month, (no meetings June & July) discussing African American fiction. We enjoy hosting different authors that visit our city, authors have joined us for our monthly discussion of their book. Dues are fifty dollars a year, which is used for one evening of fun and towards the Birthday Club. A published newsletter is distributed monthly to keep the members informed of book signings and special events.
