About This Event

Upon returning from an out of state book festival, Florenza Denise Lee wondered what would be required to have her very own book festival in her neck of the woods. This internal dialogue lead to the creation of, The Hampton Roads Indie Author Book Festival and Fundraiser. Wanting to pay life forward, she selected REACH, Inc. (Reading Enriches All Children) a 501(c)3 organization that provides literacy programs for homeless and at-risk children in Hampton Roads.
