Ashay by the Bay is located in Vallejo, California near San Francisco. Deborah Day, the Founder and CEO, started the company in 1997 and began selling books in 2002. Ashay by the Bay is a publishing and marketing company that specializes in reselling African American and Multi-Cultural Children’s Books (Pre-School to High School), Adult Books and other educational products. We also provide Online and Onsite Book Fairs.
