Waterstar
The 6th annual Summit of Americas will be held on Saturday and Sunday in Cartagena, Colombia. Barack Obama will be in attendance along with 29 other government leaders, including Colombia's president, Juan Manuel Santos. Santos recently called for the discussion of the legalization and decriminalization of certain drugs (such as marijuana). This discussion is sure to be a major topic in this weekend's dialogue and could possibly spark drastic changes in the North American led "War on Drugs", which has become increasingly militarized.
