I am pleased to introduce to you the 1st ALL ABOUT THE INDIES multi-author event. Please read below for more information. All About The IndiesFebruary 18, 2017 Holiday Inn Arlington @ Ballston Arlington, VA 22203 If you've never been to the area, let us be the first to welcome you to the DMV. This is a multi-author, multi-genre event. Vendor spaces are not limited to just authors; editors, cover designers, swag designers, crafters and others are welcomed to join. We would like this to be a family-friendly event, so we encourage children's books and graphic novel authors to participate as well. Space will be available as full table options only, and you will be allowed 1 assistant/model. We may consider a shared table option, but only if you have someone in mind; the cost of a shared table will be slightly higher. There will be meal and author activity options available as an add-on. We're looking for 3-4 individuals to make up a guest panel on the topics of editing, graphics, publishing, and promotion. Other speaking opportunities may become available as well. Author/Vendor space starts at $75, shared space will be an additional $40. Meal and author activity options will also available. If we have enough attendees that require hotel accommodations, the hotel will offer us a negotiated rate.
