Description: New Orleans, known as a cultural hub, is finally securing space for African-American authors. The NOAABF is free and open to the public and promises to be one of the best literary events the City has ever had. In addition, Word Lovers Book and Literary Club is sponsoring the first African American Literary Awards show in New Orleans simultaneously with the festival.
