Nurse Anesthetist Writes a Magical Book to Help Kids Overcome Their Fear of Surgery

Featured Replies

I heard about this book from a friend and decided to purchase it. The timing was great because my daughter was about to have a surgical procedure. We read the book together and it seemed to put her mind at ease about the surgery. The main character, Nurse Nee Nee, takes her little patients on a magical adventure that they will never forget. Kudos to the author, Dr. Katina Currin, DNP, APN, CRNA. This book is the first in her book series. This book should be in schools, libraries, doctor's offices, hospitals, etc. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. If you love reading to your kids, this is one to add to your library!
