A present-day disabled United States Army Veteran, now a Bounty Hunter with a prosthetic leg, is attacked and bitten by a large wolf in one of Maryland's National Parks while chasing a bounty. He fights off and kills the wolf, which turns out to be more complicated than he could have imagined. What follows is the horrific and intense journey of human transformation into something nightmarish - otherworldly. Baltimore, the inner city, is ill-prepared for the hell about to descend upon it.
