Merlin is an astronomy loving 5th grader. He is nerd that wants to be cool. He prefers to be called Big Monty.  He wants to be accepted by A’Lo a short bully that is the King of yo mama jokes. He must save his school from the crazy lunch lady and her pet monster. He recruits his brilliant polk a dot wearing sister Josephine to help him save the school. 

 

This book is entertaining, laugh out loud, and engaging story. Not a boring or dull moment. This is a book for a child that doesn’t like to read.  The text also includes science experiments that kids will love to do at home.
