Ever wonder why Blacks in America just can't get ahead? Always struggling and seem to never get respect in society? Well so do i and that's what this book is all about. I believe there is a Psychological problem that's not being adressed so i wrote about it hoping it may awaken my Black Community. This is a practical guide touching the conversation and telling it like it is. Hopefully, Blacks will open their eyes, and unclog their ears, and make the adjustments needed to change our current Paradigm.
