Where do Black Entrepreneurs and Business advertise or look for candidates

Featured Replies

For a long time, I've wondered where other Black business owners of all levels look for collaboration and talent. One thing I know for sure about most is that talent is to hard to find that matches where the business is at its current state and where it is trying to go. In addition there is a level of distrust that still exists among the Black community that I have experienced as a talent and setting out on my own.

There is no designated platform as of yet like a linkedin or indeed of sorts for us to come together.

Given the social, economic, and environmental shift I am interested in co-working and collaborating with black businesses and creating a network.black_entrepreneurs_raising_hands.jpg
