A vigilante seeks revenge for police murder of unarmed African Americans.

 

Jamal Weathers is an FBI agent after a vicious serial killer who targets police offers. The killer leaves no forensic evidence, just the victim's body minus it vaporized head. The nation is stunned but in the black community, the killer becomes legend and is named Kifo, the Swahili word for death. In the thick of the chase, Jamal becomes shockingly aware that the killer and his advanced tech are either not of out time or not of this world.
