Reading for Understanding: Monthly Virtual Book Discussions

Featured Replies

Good morning,

I'm writing to invite you and your readers to our free monthly virtual book discussions -- Reading for Understanding.  The Dock C. Bracy Center's hope is that these book discussions will act as an entry point for many hesitant to actively engage in social justice and racial equity.  Alongside the discussions, we are encouraging everyone to purchase from black-owned bookstores.

The Center’s Reading for Understanding monthly book discussions are free and have two requirements: Read the book and make time for the discussion.
