Black Issues Book Review Magazine (1999 to 2007)

Black Issues Book Review (BIBR) was founded in 1998 by William E. Cox, Adrienne Ingrum, and Susan McHenry. The premier issue featured Octavia Butler on the cover and was published in January of 1999. The final issue was released in September/October of 2007 and featured Edwidge Danticat.
