Sakina Ibrahim is an author, actress, wellness advocate, and visionary dedicated to helping others discover their gifts, passion, and purpose while unlocking the joys of life.

“Empower and inspire your audience, and they will live up to their true potential,” advises Sakina. She believes that true happiness comes from achieving mental, spiritual, physical, and financial balance, and she is committed to helping individuals and communities reach their highest potential.

Through her personal journey, Sakina developed a passion for helping others understand their mission and create a blueprint for their destiny. Her unique approach earned her an NAACP Image Award nomination for her publication Big Words To Little Me. She has also spent more than a decade studying and teaching dance around the world, gaining a deep appreciation for the transformative power of the arts.

Her commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity inspired her to create free online courses such as Becoming Your Best Self and to launch her podcast, Quest for Truth, a platform for inspiring conversations about spirituality, art, and culture.

An entrepreneur at heart, Sakina founded Stretch and Pray, a wellness company focused on helping individuals achieve emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. Through classes, workshops, speaking engagements, film, and other creative endeavors, she continues to expand her mission of promoting healing, creativity, and personal growth across the nation.
