One Book One Bronx Book Club’s Complete Reading List
One Book One Bronx is a new style reading group that inspires, encourages, and delights readers. Every week, we meet to discuss one book that reflects the people of the Bronx, NY. The book club seeks to build a culture of reading.
These restorative conversations related to gentrification, social justice, women’s empowerment, criminal justice, and racial inequality reflect the racial, economic, and gender demographics of the borough and build bridges to engagement while (re)sparking a love of literature.
Added Bonus: Half of the profit from the sales of all the books on the One Book One Bronx reading list will be donated to the Literary Freedom Project, the sponsor of the One Book One Bronx Book Club; just click the “Add to Cart” button below.
