Pan-Afrikanism, Black Nationalism, ethocentrisim and reparation are assessed, often misusedand underused financial institutions as securities, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, underwriting, and incubators advocated, thus elucidating oft-negated opportunities for economic empowerment.
