A POEM TO HONOR the ninth night a witch turns into a cat, which is the beginning of Cat Nights August 17th, The eight days before a witch can turn into a cat and turn back
 
A Seventeenth Witch
It was a quiet morning, in an eighth seventeenth
Miss Sarah, a witch, had a really long day
A witch, that she is, that she is
The clouds full from night dings, all seem calm underneath
Miss Sarah, wait an encounter, in the street
A witch, that she is, that she is
A tree crack begin a sing, mashes like titans teeth
Miss Sarah, now no human feet, but purring
A witch, that she is, that she is
A girl cry, I am falling! shouts from anger bequeath
Miss Sarah, know hands weave cruel from the lightning
A witch, that she is, that she is
Cat shade, spells from lightning cling, in nights eighth seventeenth
Miss Sarah, four legged, know where the light land
A witch, that she is, that she is
Through parks, dodge wild cans, running, past bright cars underneath
Miss Sarah, absorb the cruelty fore the street
A witch, that she is, that she is
Boom! she leap side hot white bling, she fall on concrete teeth  
Miss Sarah... feel wet licks and a quiet warmth
A witch, that she is, that she is
Eyes open to soeur earrings, We Won! now eighth eighteenth
Miss Sarah, in the pawed coven, knew the price
A witch, that she is, that she is
A teen wait for a purring, cause her mother bequeath
Miss Sarah, in her daughter's arms, now home, safe

Miss Sarah, side sisters, saved all, quietly

If you see a black, purring, rubbing, please don't seethe

Cat Nights begin on August 17th - display any text or art concerning cats. <Cat Nights begin on August 17. This term harks back to the days when people believed in witches. A rather obscure old Irish legend said that a witch could turn herself into a cat eight times, but on the ninth time (August 17), she couldn’t regain her human form. This bit of folklore also gives us the saying, “A cat has nine lives.” Because August is a yowly time for cats, this may have prompted the speculation about witches on the prowl in the first place. Also, nights continue to get longer. Cats, crepuscular creatures, are nocturnal hunters. Their superior night vision means that the nights belong to them

Bois Caïman (Aug. 1791) is remembered as a secret night gathering of enslaved people in northern Haiti where they vowed to fight for freedom. Led by figures like Cécile Fatiman (often written “Fatima”), it’s widely seen as the spark of the Haitian Revolution the only successful slave uprising, which led to Haiti’s independence in 1804. In this artwork, Fatiman stands with a ritual knife and a black pig, while rebels hold torches behind her symbols of the oath and the uprising that followed.

@leothefox I got to get busy to make sure my hardboiled is on time. I have a lot of typing to do for other stories so

@berryspitfire what do all of those have in common? I first thought a frequency in the electromagnetic spectrum, and it works for sound. As sound propogates in space, the heat from it is electromagnetic emissions, not visible light but infrared or lesser, but electromagnetic.
