About Me

Author, Researcher and History Buff

in Act 2 of my life I have discovered a passion for researching and writing about our rich black history. Especially in the SC Lowcountry area where I was raised. I have authored 2 books. My latest book is a historical nonfiction narrative about a School in Mt.Pleasant, SC that was founded by a young Quaker lady one year after the Civil War. Laing School went on to educate several generations of the descendants of the ensalaved from the many plantations in that town. 
 

My first book is a Bible Study of John 14, 15, 16. This is the section of the gospel where Jesus leaves a love letter for believers. 
In addition to writing book I love to travel and play golf.
