Death of Engine Civilization!

Throwaway Cars!
People with Zero Comprehension of technology are part of the problem.

I remember when I was seven years old. I was walking to school with my two older sister. There was a white car parked on the street and I stopped and stared at that car and thought, "When I grow up I'm going to have a car like that."

It was a 1957 Thunderbird with the round Opera Windows.

I built lots of model cars and planes in grammar school. Including the Visible V-8 engine. I lost interest in cars in high school. They were just transportation machines. Reliability, durability and serviceability mattered. But the Laws of Physics did not and do not change style.

Now we have a Repo Crisis and Tariffs. People should start buying repos. But I find it really interesting that a mechanic is talking about the stuff becoming junk, and for almost 10 years now.

People who "Love Cars" and don't know squat about them bug me.
