The average CEO pay at these firms is 325 times that of their average employee which is about $85k dollars per year.CEO compensation is tied to the stock market & how the company makes money for its shareholders. It has little or nothing to do wirh how well the company produces products, goods & services benefiting the American people.What keeps the pay gap intact is the number of people who benefit directly or indirectly from the wealth of others.
