GBF Posted March 4, 2016 Report Share Posted March 4, 2016 The Gaithersburg Book Festival is an annual celebration of great books and great writing that will feature more than 100 authors – including winners of Caldecott, Coretta Scott King, Pura Belpre, National Book Award, Pulitzer and Pushcart Prizes, Peabody Award – and national best-sellers in fiction, non-fiction, mystery, poetry, children’s and young adult literature. Other activities include interactive writing workshops, a Children’s Village, book sales, author signings and more. Admission and shuttles from Shady Grove Metro and Lakeforest Mall are FREE.
