Appreciate your post on "The Rocket Boy" and fatherly love. We need a lot more of this kind of writing because, as you said, the film "contradicts the often one-sided information of quick after-birth mother-child bond, contemporary societies like to highlight, as if none exists between father and child." I'm trying to find the link. But I wrote an article a while back on abortions and how they effect the potential father. Men feel depression and loss as a result of abortions, but mainstream society doesn't want to talk about that.
