Guest Garland Gregory Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 My novel "The New Breed Reparations Sanctuary" suggests that massive payments of reparations would first require a nation-wide Petition for African American Reparations and Limited Self-Governance (as recited in the opening prologue and which mirrors the American Declaration of Independence). Remember, this is speculative fiction. What do you think? Would Biden or Trump be compelled to accept such a radical plan (which would establish black-controlled cities/territories within the US)?
