I share this here because Kimberla has been a long time supporter of AALBC.com. She was already a successful author when we first met in 1999. I was at convention called the National African American Cultural Expo in Philadelphis it was one of the first events where I exhibited as a vendor. E. Lynn Harris (RIP), Omar Tyree, Donna Hill and many other authors who are still writing today.
