Patrick A. Howell
Patrick A. Howell is an award-winning veteran of the banking industry. His early work was published in UC Berkeley’s African American Literary Journal and Daily Cal. He also co-founded the “people of color” news collective, Diatribe. In 2014, he co-founded the movement “Global International African Arts Movement” (Global I Aam), announced at the Harlem Book Fair. He is completing work on his first novel, Quarter ‘til Judgment Day. His blogs and essays have been published by MyBrownBaby, The Goodman Project, Opportunist Magazine, XO Jane, jicho.co, equities.com, Killens Review, Foliate Oak Literary Journal, and Scarlet Leaf Review. His book of poetry, Yes, We Be, will be published by Jacar Press in 2017.
