She is also the founder of a women’s networking group called Ladies Impacting Professional Systems (L.I.P.S.)TM and the amazing Women’s Business Symposium, LLC, an event dedicated to equipping women with the tools needed to be successful in their business ventures. As a serial entrepreneur, Ti’Juana provides EVERYDAY mentorship and coaching to small business owners through her company TAG Consulting, LLC. Ti’Juana has a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling which allows her to uniquely and candidly connect human behavior, professional discipline, and business savvy.
Ti’Juana is the wife of Lawrence A. Gholson, II, the author of Writers Readers Runners: Assembling & Establishing an Influential Winning Team, whom she patterns her practice after. Ti’Juana is also a loving mother and the coolest NaNa of adorable grandboys.

Not only does she speak to ladies and university students about wealth management, but she is also active in developing youth mentoring programs in local communities.
