  1. Started by Valerie RJ,

The more I produce Bible studies, the more I realize the necessity of identifying my target audience and writing with them in mind. I have finally decided that the Christians I am primarily writing for are those who aren't called to a preaching or teaching ministry, but still want a more in-depth understanding of scripture. My goal is to help believers move beyond Bible basics and transition into deeper studies. My Bible art journaling studies, however, are specifically for women. I would like to know who other writers in the Christian market are writing for. Put it out there!

  2. Started by Valerie RJ,

I truly hope I am in the right group. I write Bible studies and other Christian books designed to teach, but my mind goes into non-traditional rooms when I write, so maybe it really can be called Creative Non-Fiction. Right now I'm working on a book explaining the Book of Job. Most of my work is intended to simplify biblical concepts for those who are just beginning to study scripture. Since I "see pictures" when I read, I try to convey what I have seen into the mind of the reader. Don't know what else to say, but happy to be here.

  4. Started by Charlton Alexander,

I am working on writing every day. A while back I purchased a book, "Write the Story." Piccadilly, Inc. published it. Looks like it has 365 pages for each day of the year. Each page provides a title and includes 10 words. The rest of the page, lines to write. You guessed it: Write based on the title, making sure you use the 10 words in your short story. Awesome way to "Just Write." Any takers?
