    The common denominator is who owns these companies. It's silly to think or believe white folks are going to take care of non-white folks equal to or better than they treat their own kind. Those BS programs are designed to level the playing field. The problem is that we live in a system of racism white supremacy. I don't see how or why we should expect these people to police themselves. Black folks need their own sh8t. Stop depending on white folks for job opportunities. Don't need affirmative action or DEI if Black folks are self-sufficient.😎
