It's easy enough to put structures in place to manage large sums of money. Establish an investment bank. A board. An oversight committee.
There's more than one way to raise $17 billion dollars.
I've already mentioned that Black churches raise $11 billion annually. Members don't get anything tangible in return.
Maybe the investment board/oversight committee should include Black preachers too. ๐
