"Until The Lion Tells The Story The Hunter Will Always Be The Hero"

I write an African American Historical Fiction series called "The whileBlack Chronicles." "If Chicago Could Talk" features a unique plot and distinctive characters. The story unfolds as the Thomas family joins the Great Migration in 1919, migrating to Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood. With a new family leader, they challenge segregation, crooked politicians, and racist police, all while gangsters fight for control during Prohibition—a story about The Black Metropolis, Chicago, The Business of Racism, and the Power of Black Families.

Loved it. My father and all but one of his siblings were part of the Black Migration from Greenville Miss to Chicago. There were so many people from that town that they had a Greenville Miss Club which was very large.  As a teen I used to spend the summers with him in Chicago. Lots of great memories. Excellent job and a good read. Congratulations!
