It occurred to me that I have an idea of a black savior in literature, but I want to hear what others have to say, and keep my thoughts to myself for now. 

So what black saviors are in literature, made by blacks or non blacks? What say you?

question, what do you think of herbert use of the bene gesserit? It seems in the book, herbert for me suggest the bene are a form of the daughter s of the american revolution. 50:15 hahaha your funny, i remember thinking of the same scene with the little girl when christopher walken kisses the ring, villaneuve to his credit who says he likes the lynch film, which really is paul as jesus and all is right in the world, didn't want to take away the seriousness of the scene and replaces the child idolizing her brother in lynch with chani's walk off in silence and replaces lynch's proud mary mother of jesus with the mother who was slapped with more wisdom by the queen of the bene.
