The paramedic responsible for administering the Ketamine shot that killed Elijah McClain is being released from prison.

 

After 6 months in the penalty, the same judge who put the former paramedic in prison has reduced his sentence. 

 

This is a move to which Black folks need to pay attention. Even when race soldiers and white supremacists are found guilty and incarcerated, they're usually set free earlier than their sentencing. 

 

We cannot rest believing these cases are closed or justice has been served after the vigil, t-shirts, civil suit and conviction. 

 

Racist murderers are getting out of prison early. They are protected while in prison. They get a bag of money upon release. Become pseudo-celebrities. Never have to work again.
