Over several years, after wasting plenty of taxpayer money, DOJ prosecutor Jack Smith is dropping charges on his way out of the door. As figured years ago when this whole charade started, POTUS OJ has proven to be beyond teflon. I knew he was never going to face any real consequences for any of his direct or indirect actions. Even the fines that he's supposed to be paying for his other cases are being covered by some other entity. POTUS OJ is the living embodiment of patriarchal white privilege in America. Whenever he decides to leave the White House, he'll be totally free to live his life. 1

What could Obama have done? They're only Presidents. They can't prosecute people or charge them with crimes." Well, everybody is talking about how Trump is going to "get back" at HIS enemies and seek pay-back and revenge on them. What the hell can HE do? If Biden or Obama couldn't do anything, why the hell does TRUMP seem to have so much power to get what HE wants done to the people he don't like?

The Biden administration tried to weaponize the Department of Justice against POTUS OJ. Democratic Congress tried to impeach POTUS OJ twice. Trump is ALREADY talking about changing the Constitution by ending "birth right" citizenship....which is part of the 14th Amendment. AMENDMENT XIV Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
