Something Ain't Right In Syria

Featured Replies

So Assad give up, leaves Syria to go to Russia and let the anti-government Rebels take over the nation.

We hadn't even HEARD from these rebels for the past 5 or 6 years, the government had all but decimated them.
Now all of a sudden they pop up out of nowhere and TAKE OVER?

And Russia...who was supposed to be Assad's backer and benefactor....just goes along with it?

Russia has MORE than enough fire power to stop an advancing rag-tag heavily armed street gang riding around the desert on jeeps and toyota pick-up trucks.
But they just LET these dudes ride up into the major cities throwing up peace signs and claiming victory, without so much as a fight?

Something funny (as in strange) is going on with that Syria situation.

Russia doesn't care who calls themselves being in charge.  They still benefit most from the resources being extracted from that country.

This situation almost reminds of Haiti. All of a sudden BBQ & his crew were running amok.😎

But since Russia supposedly backs Assad.
He's their "boy" overthere.....
It seems like they wouldn't like the humiliation of seeing one of their boys being ran out of power like that.
It makes THEM look weak also.
