POTUS OJ signed an executive order that shuts down a database that kept track of misconduct by federal law enforcement personnel.

In theory, the database would make it harder for law enforcement personnel with bad records to jump from one jurisdiction to another.

Interestingly, during his 1st term, POTUS OJ had the Department of Justice establish the database in the wake of George Floyd's murder. POTUS Biden implemented it.

Now, POTUS OJ has turned it off. Rolling back a tracking system that now makes it easier for federal law enforcement personnel to  mistreat people and face misconduct charges and still find another job elsewhere.😎
