Why Isn't Some "Judge" Blocking This?

If some judge way out in the middle of Idaho can step in and stop the Administration from locking up illegals in Los Angeles or deploying troops in Chicago, why can't atleast ONE of them step in and stop these "thousands" of arrests in Memphis?
We have Black Federal Judges....why aren't THEY doing it?
....or maybe declare their arrests illegal or unconstitutional and order THEIR release, like they did for a lot of illegal immigrants.

Now to keep it real......
I don't live in Memphis and don't really know too many people there, so I don't know if this is real or what type of impact it's having on our community.
Maybe it's a GOOD thing and is actually making things safe and peaceful, I'm not sure.

I just find it kind of strange how SOME actions from this Administration are being allowed but OTHER actions are declared illegal or blocked.

A case has to be filed in court before the judge can make a ruling on it.

Of course, judges are supposed to be impartial but we know some of them lean blue or red too.

A huge part of how and why the administration seems to be doing whatever they want is because their party has power in both legislative and judicial branches.

The GOP has never been shy about flexing when they're in the driver's seat of political power.😎
