+ Third Annual Festival– Spring/New Year — Festival of Booths/Tabernacle

 

 

Introduction:

The institution of the three mandatory annual festivals at the time of the Exodus has not been a part of any formal educational curriculum mandated by the American government for the African American DOSC [Descendants of Slave Children] to know, but because some of our federal holidays are associated with this kind of history, therefore, it would be beneficial to know due to the origins with relation to African history. So on this day, November 24, 2025, during our upcoming Thursday, Thanksgiving Holiday and the next day, Good Friday affair, would be a great time to revisit this kind of history. 

 

[16] Three times in a year shall all thy males appear 

before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall 

choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the 

feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and 

they shall not appear before the LORD empty:

And believe it or not, but the Festival of Flatbreads and the Wheat Festival of Show Breads would be the most crucial as far as the Redemption Plan of God because it revolves around ‘the Sins of the Flesh’ in correlation to the issue of Idolatry and obsession with White Supremacy and Colorism. However, it will be the Festival of the Tabernacle [the Third Temple of God] in the New Age to come that will become the central place of refuge and worship for all humanity who will be allowed into this new world.   

 

From ancient times up until the Roman Empire times and beyond, the ancient Black civilizations and cultures revolved around religious practices for several reasons. One major reason for these annual religious festivals would be to offer the people an opportunity to come to the Capital region or main temple area to be able to acquire substance and get help and obtain educational instruction from the priesthood and from their leaders that they may not have been able to receive in their communities throughout the year. So for the Hebrew Israelites, their civilizations revolved around [1] Tabernacle Worship, [2] Temple Worship and, [3] the Church. Therefore, during the time of the Exodus and hundreds of years before the First Temple of God, also known as the Temple of Solomon, the Israelites set up the Tabernacle. From this time forward, the institution of the mandatory annual festivals were supposed to be observed forever. However, the Second festival was not mandatory if the people were overthrown and sent into captivity. Interestingly too, and by and by, the dates that revolve around the setup and worship of these festivals led to great revelations that were once hidden prophecies. So, the following will be a brief outline of some of the events that have occurred up until even today. 

 

First Tabernacle Worship- September 14, at Even

According to scripture, the Exodus occurred 480 years prior to the set up and the foundation of the First Temple of Solomon was laid. Based on Astronomy, an exact science, therefore, these dates are exact, however, there has been a movement at the time of the set up of the Colonial Empires in which the actual dates of the Exodus and many other historical events have been deliberately misdated. Because the moon cycle between the time of the Crescent moon and the Full moon becomes exact, therefore after the ‘13th Evening’ the moon always becomes a ‘full moon’ so then, the next day, ‘the 14th day’ would be the first day of the lunar month. And so, on Sabbath Day, September 14 at even [September 15], the Passover Festival of Flatbread was observed for the first time and that next year when the Tabernacle was completed, it was observed for the second time. However, the Passover Lamb was eastern the day prior, Friday, September 13th at even [September 14]. Scientifically, it was still Friday 13th from dawn and for the next 24 hours until sunrise again at dawn. Therefore when the Death Plague came in the middle of the night, well scientifically, it was still Friday 13th until sunrise. But for Israel, at evening time, sunset, the day changed for them to be known as September the 14th. 

 

For Israel, the Creator God changed their day to begin ‘at even’ for their religious festivals. So therefore, ‘September 14 at even’ means September 15. So at 6:00 P.M. which means ‘at even’, or at sunset the day changed for Israel. Nevertheless, universal time remains a constant guide in sync with our Solar System. Therefore without the constant universal Scientific Calendar always in use along with the Religious Calendar, time could never be measured with precision. No matter, to add to the confusion, the Colonial Empires changed their clocks to begin the new day ‘in the middle of the night’ meaning, Midnight. However, the scientific day begins at the dawn of the day, ‘at sunrise’!!! All religious festivals in all ancient civilizations were based upon the solar system and the four (4) seasonal changes near the equator for again, without this constant, time could never be measured with accuracy. So therefore, the ancient priests had to be well educated and defined as being ‘priest-scientists’ and studied and measured time accurately. So too, for this reason, every third year, the annual Passover Festival was moved from September 14 to be observed during the next month on October 14th due to the leap year cycle and to account for the differences between the moon cycle and the solar cycle.  [cont.]
