Roswell Encina, a gay Filipino American civic leader, said the Fourth of July encounter with Patriot Front was frightening and impossible to separate from American history.

While people may have been uncomfortable with masked men surrounding them in an already confined space, there was no confrontation or violence on the subway trains.

I believe we will see more of the same over next 2.5 years as these people are emboldened by & receiving top cover from the current administration.

For people of faith, only thing Black people can do is stay in their prayer closet & hope the sky fairy will keep them protected by the blood of his son.😁😎

There is nothing law enforcement could have done if they were not breaking any laws.

Rule #1: EVERYBODY is breaking some sort of law at any given time.

There are so many laws on the books most people don't even know what they are.

As soon as you walk out of your house and smile at somebody you're breaking SOME sort of local, state, or federal law.

They designed it that way SO that law enforcement had the flexibility to go after their targets if they couldn't get them on the actual crime they initially got them for.

They learned their lesson with nabbing Al Capone over his taxes.

If you make so many laws that people have no choice BUT to break them, then you keep an excuse to stop and arrest people.

A good example are the air fresheners on your car rearview (sorry @Mel Hopkins....lol) mirrors and how they'll often use that as an excuse to stop you.

So if they wanted to...if they WANTED to...they could have used any excuse to stop those men and detain them.

Like I said, niggaz simply not using their brains or positions of power.

I didn't say they could have gotten prison time....most of them would have been let go probably that same night.
