I just listened to a foreign-born man who survived th 9/11 attacks claim the greatness of America & how much he loves POTUS OJ for keeping it safe by kicking out illegal immigrants.

It cracks me up to hear people who were once immigrants themselves complaining about &/or throwing shade at others for coming to America i.e. our country.😁

I'm not sure of the exact context of which you speak of, but perhaps the immigrant felt that he came in the "right" way as opposed to illegally.
I know many immigrants who are against immigration for that very reason.

You'd think they'd be against Trump and in favor of every pro-immigration stance, but they are actually the most vocal against immigration and especially illegal immigration because of all the rigmarole they had to go through to get here while some people just snuck across the border...lol.

Ignorance: Many of them are simply not smart enough to build up their countries and economies to the level of the United States

Laziness: Many of them are too lazy to stay home and put in the work necessary to build their economies like the U.S.

Many of them are too lazy to even lay down concrete and pavement to walk and drive on.

Walking up and down dirt roads from village to village kicking up dust and crawling into bed with dirty feet...lol.

That's because most would rather stay here where White folks...for the most part...are taking care of things and holding it down, lol.
They'd start leaving the U.S.A if White folks started leaving in massive numbers first and build up an area for them to move into, lol.
Many of them would go live on the Moon...or Mars...if White folks built and maintained a colony up there, lol.

I've heard the greed & corruption in under-developed countries is the reason wages are low & high-ranking government officials & contractors work together stealing money while doing the bare minimum to build the country &/or sustain it.

The people would have to overthrown the corrupt government & put folks in place who are working for the greater good of their country.

Captain Ibrahim Traore is a good example of a leader who appears to be working to make his country...Burkina Faso better.😎

A lot of the best talent and intelligent people....especially the youth...often LEAVE these nations and come to places like the United States where they feel their intelligence and talent will pay off best and get them the most benefits.

I need to see more than just armed men with big football shoulders walking around in military uniforms with masks over their faces talking about how they kicked out the French.

I need to see how the infrastructure and buildings are improving.
I need to see paved streets and roads.
I need to see farms with crops being produced.

I need to see how they're building new better hospitals for the people.
