I read the abstracts of the sources papers in Nature and I simply don't understand it--the science is way over my head.

What is the significance of what you've shared here?

I may have a look at it again before i even have a mental framework. I the phase shift is that they have hit the E with the Constant.  Which has created a holographic temporal effect.
