Fired?

A person get's "fired" from Subway for not making a sandwich correctly.
How is just "firing" someone who just killed a man supposed to be seen as a victory?

In Hong Kong the other day some police officers were caught on camera beating one of the protestors while he was in the hospital and already injuried.
They weren't just "fired" but these officers were ARRESTED and put in JAIL for what they did.

Fired.............
