There's gong to be racism in the skateboarding contest at the local park if Caucasians are the ones doing the judging and determines who wins.

It's not the lack of testing that put Black folks behind, it's LOW INTELLIGENCE that has kept and STILL KEEPS so many of our people behind!

People of just AVERAGE (don't have to be genius level) intelligence wouldn't continue to rely on their open enemy to provide healthcare for them decade after decade.  They would know better.
